DHS is operated on a proprietary, custom developed, cloud-based platform, which allows us to accurately schedule and perform our weekly property checks, as well as provides us the capability to photo-document any items of importance that is found in your home. The software also allows us to accurately account for any additional hourly tasks, with fully documented descriptions of exactly what additional tasks were performed for you.

Upon a home visit, the DHS employee can quickly look-up on their phone or tablet the particular residence to be serviced, from there we can select if this is a "Weekly Inspection" or "Not a Weekly Inspection".  For inspections, a pre-populated list of standard and customized inspection criteria is populated and can be marked as "OK" or "Not OK". If OK those items are marked as OK in the system and if "Not OK" fields will appear for additional notes to be entered and the ability to photograph any deficiency is at their fingertips.

For Items that are "Not a Weekly Inspection", the software allows the DHS representative to enter their billable time in 15-minute increments, and also add detailed notes about the additional services performed.  There is also the capability photo-document any relevant activities completed at the home.

All data entries and photographs are automatically up-loaded to the Cloud, capable of being securely accessed from any DHS device at any location at any time.

For monthly Customer billing, the DHS software can run monthly reports for each home, providing a detailed record of what exactly was found on each inspection.  Any additional hours to be billed are completely documented for fast and accurate detailed monthly billing to each of our Customers.
